"I really enjoyed working with Steve and his team. Steve doesn't apply sales pressure at all. His approach is more along the lines of: you have questions, he has answers. His team was easy to work with and professional - without being robotic. Brett is who I worked with the most, and I found him to be an excellent communicator. I always knew where we were in the process, and what the next steps were. There were a couple of times where I lagged behind on getting something done/turned in (because I was doing this all through the busiest time of year for me, at work), but Brett never made me feel bad about it. He struck a perfect balance between being accommodating and making sure I knew when the ball was paused in my court. When my refinance hit a small snag (due to my previous lender) Steve and Brett were on it immediately, and both went very high contact until it was resolved. I never felt like I had to "babysit" this process. If anything, I think I might have slowed it down a time or two! I would absolutely recommend Steve and his team, they made it easy."
